The 10 “B’s” of being a good coach and trainer

1. Be credible – walk the walk and talk the talk…

2. Be a positive role model
a. Feed your mind daily with positive CANI (Constant and Never-ending Improvement)
b. Don’t complain to your husband
c. DUMP UP…if you have a challenge – talk to your upline about it (not your team)
d. Are you duplicatible – ask yourself if a team member can do what you do…

3. Be professional and businesslike in everything you do.

4. Be in balance

5. Be a good listener

6. Be a good information gatherer (Listen and take notes!)

7. Be someone who practices good follow up and follow through

8. Be conscientious – return phone calls in a prompt manner.

9. Be patient – patience is a virtue!

10. Be efficient with your time – never walk alone; bring team members with you whenever possible.
